Terms And Conditions

A deposit must be paid to secure your booking.

If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation MUST be received via email to office@kartingoxford.co.uk at least 14 days prior to the event.

The balance of race fees and any extras must be paid at or before the event.

The minimum billing applies for certain events even if fewer drivers actually compete.

Any additional drivers will be charged extra. We will do our best to accommodate extra drivers on the day if possible but cannot guarantee additional spaces.

Oxford Karting Ltd cannot be held liable for cancellation of the event caused by anything outside their control. We will try to inform you at the earliest opportunity and will rebook you, if appropriate, on another day. However, no claims will be accepted relating to costs incurred as a result of a cancellation.

Each karting sessions is time limited from arrival, time will be allocated for the booked event, if this is exceeded due to late arrivals, excessive break(s) the event will be ended short.

Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to your event start time and clearly stated on your booking confirmation. If you have not received a booking confirmation within 24 hours of your booking please request the confirmation to be resent via email office@kartingoxford.co.uk

Minimum age for race meetings is 16 years.
Minimum age for Arrive &Drive and Childrenís Party is 8 years.
Minimum age for junior electric Karting is 4 years.
Drivers over 8 years must be over 1.4metres in height.
Drivers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

All drivers must be of a good health and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All drivers must declare if they are suffering from illness, disability, medical conditions (e.g. epilepsy, heart condition, back, neck or spinal problems), pregnancy or injury that could affect their ability to drive or would prevent you from driving on the road.

Oxford Karting Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission, to cease providing racing to any person.

Oxford Karting Ltd will try to keep the karts as clean as possible but will not be responsible if clothes get dirty or damaged.

Driverís safety is our top priority and we make every effort to ensure all drivers are fully briefed on circuit procedures and kart driving knowledge by our NKA trained staff prior to the event.

SCARVES OR LOOSE CLOTHING THAT ARE WORN ON OR AROUND THE HEAD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Crash Helmets must be worn in the manner specified by helmet manufacturer.

Children spectating must be kept under close supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Each driver who does not attend safety briefing prior to the event will not be permitted to go go-karting.

Oxford Karting Ltd reserves the right to end sessions or remove drivers from the circuit early if we consider the safety of themselves or others is compromised with no refund.

Oxford Karting Ltd reserves the right to split your group into smaller groups on arrival if we feel that there may be a mixture of abilities or experience that could compromise the safety of any driver.

You should be aware that Motorsport can be dangerous and despite all reasonable precautions taken by the venue to ensure your safety you are taking part at your own risk.
